Section 1
General Terms & Acceptance
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the robi9 platform at robi9.vip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and robi9 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using robi9 immediately.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered through robi9.vip, including but not limited to: cricket and sports betting, live casino games, slot machines, crash games, table games, promotional offers, bonuses, and any customer support interactions. They should be read in conjunction with the robi9 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these terms.
robi9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect player rights, bonus conditions, or payment terms in a significant way — robi9 will notify registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date of any revision will be displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of robi9 following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Language: These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for informational purposes, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or dispute.
1.1 Eligibility to Use robi9
Access to and use of robi9 is conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- You are accessing robi9 voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
- You are not acting as an agent, representative, or nominee for any other person in connection with your robi9 account.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of robi9 or any of its affiliated game providers.
- You have not previously been permanently excluded from robi9 or self-excluded from gambling services.
- You are not located in a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law in a manner that would make your use of robi9 unlawful.
robi9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
1.2 Acceptance of Risk
Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit into your robi9 account. robi9 does not guarantee any winnings, outcomes, or returns on any bet or game played on the platform. You accept full personal responsibility for all gambling decisions made using your robi9 account.
Section 2
Account Registration & Eligibility
To access robi9's betting and gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create a robi9 account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. robi9 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy; maintaining more than one account — whether in your own name or using a third party's identity — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in permanent account closure.
2.1 Registration Requirements
During registration you are required to provide:
- Your full legal name, as it appears on your Bangladesh National ID (NID) card.
- A valid, active mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh.
- A valid email address that you own and access regularly.
- Your date of birth, confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
- A secure password of your choosing, meeting robi9's minimum complexity requirements.
You must not register using a false identity, another person's details, or any automated, bot-assisted, or script-based registration method. robi9 uses automated and manual fraud detection to identify suspicious registrations and reserves the right to reject or suspend any account at its sole discretion.
2.2 KYC Verification
As part of robi9's Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, all players are required to verify their identity before withdrawals can be processed and at any time robi9 requests verification. KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:
- Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of your Bangladesh National ID (NID) card, showing both front and back.
- Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits, showing the registered mobile number.
- Proof of Address (if requested): A utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the last three months showing your name and address in Bangladesh.
KYC documents are reviewed by the robi9 compliance team. Approval typically occurs within 24–48 hours of submission. Withdrawals will be held pending KYC approval. robi9 does not share KYC documents with third parties except where required by applicable law or as described in the robi9 Privacy Policy.
2.3 Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your robi9 account credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person. robi9 will never ask you to disclose your password, your bKash PIN, or your Nagad PIN through any channel. Any activity conducted using your robi9 account credentials is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact robi9 support immediately via live chat.
Fraud Warning: robi9 will never contact you requesting your password, bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, or full NID number via chat, email, or phone. Any communication claiming to be from robi9 and requesting these details is fraudulent. Report such contacts to [email protected] immediately.
Section 3
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
robi9 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the mobile financial services and bank accounts that Bangladesh players use every day. All transactions on robi9 are processed in BDT. Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. robi9 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time.
3.1 Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount via bKash and Nagad is ৳300. Minimum deposit amounts for other methods are displayed at the point of deposit.
- Deposits are credited to your robi9 account balance in real time in most cases. In the event of a payment provider delay, deposits may take up to 30 minutes to be reflected.
- robi9 does not charge deposit processing fees. Your mobile banking provider may apply their standard transaction charges.
- You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned to the originating account.
- robi9 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or anonymous payment methods.
3.2 Withdrawals
- Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account that has been previously used to fund your robi9 account and is verified in your name.
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. robi9 reserves the right to request additional documentation for high-value withdrawals.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–4 hours for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
- robi9 does not charge withdrawal fees. Standard fees charged by your payment provider may apply.
- Withdrawals will not be processed to any account that is not verified in your name, regardless of the deposit history on the account.
3.3 Transaction Disputes
If you believe a deposit or withdrawal has been processed incorrectly, contact robi9 support within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be investigated. robi9 will review transaction records and, where an error is confirmed, rectify the balance accordingly. All transaction records on the robi9 system are treated as the authoritative record in any dispute.
Section 4
Bonus & Promotional Terms
robi9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer and the general conditions set out in this section.
4.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all robi9 bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount you must bet using the bonus funds (and in some cases your deposit amount) before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements for each offer are displayed in the offer details before you opt in.
- Wagering must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements expire at the end of the promotional period.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game category are specified in the individual offer terms.
- Bets placed at maximum bet levels while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided at robi9's discretion.
- Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets unless specified otherwise.
4.2 Bonus Abuse
robi9 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets across multiple accounts, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour, coordinating with other players to abuse offers, or repeatedly claiming bonuses through registration of multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, robi9 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, confiscate any associated winnings, and close the account permanently. All decisions regarding bonus abuse are made at the sole discretion of robi9 and are final.
Promotional Updates: robi9's promotional calendar includes seasonal events such as BPL cricket season promotions, Eid bonus offers, and Pohela Boishakh special tournaments. Subscribe to robi9 email notifications in your account settings to be informed of upcoming promotions. All promotions are subject to these general bonus terms.
Section 5
Betting & Game Rules
All betting and gaming activity on robi9 is subject to both these Terms & Conditions and the specific rules applicable to each product category. By placing a bet or participating in a game on robi9, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that product.
5.1 Sports Betting
- All sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
- Once a bet is confirmed and a bet slip reference is issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
- robi9 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, fixture date changes, or confirmed match irregularities.
- In-play (live) betting markets are settled based on the official result at the time the relevant event concludes, as reported by robi9's designated data provider.
- Maximum stake and payout limits apply per event and per market. Limits are displayed in the betting interface before bet confirmation.
- Cricket betting — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — is subject to specific cricket betting rules available in the Cricket section of the platform.
5.2 Casino Games
- All casino games on robi9 — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — are provided by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
- Each game's rules, RTP (Return to Player) percentage, and bet limits are available within the game interface or in the game information section before play begins.
- All games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems. robi9 does not manipulate game outcomes beyond the mathematically expected house edge published for each title.
- In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the outcome of the interrupted round is determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. Bets in progress at the time of a confirmed technical fault may be voided and stakes returned, at robi9's discretion.
- Minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game are set by the game provider and are displayed within the game interface.
5.3 Disputed Outcomes
If you believe a game or bet has been settled incorrectly, you must contact robi9 support within 7 days of the disputed settlement date. Disputes must include the game name or bet reference number, the date and time of the event, and a description of the perceived error. robi9 will review the relevant server logs and game records and provide a response within 5 business days. The decision of robi9's internal review process is final, subject to any applicable dispute resolution procedures outlined in Section 8.
Section 6
Account Suspension & Closure
robi9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to the situations described in this section.
6.1 Grounds for Account Action
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
- Operating multiple accounts (duplicate account policy violation).
- Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment methods, identity fraud, or collusion.
- Attempted manipulation of games, sports events, or betting markets, including match-fixing, use of prohibited betting systems, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
- Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at robi9 support staff or other players.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Activity consistent with money laundering or other financial crimes.
6.2 Closure by the Player
You may request closure of your robi9 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests made as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion are subject to the Responsible Gaming terms in Section 7.
Important: Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms — including fraud, duplicate accounts, or bonus abuse — robi9 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account, including real-money funds, where those funds are determined to be the direct result of the breach. Such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law.
Section 7
Responsible Gaming
robi9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising gambling-related harm. All players have access to a range of responsible gaming tools directly from their account dashboard. 7.1 Player-Controlled Limits
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when set. Reducing a limit takes immediate effect; increasing a limit is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which a reminder is displayed or the session ends automatically.
- Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once reached, further betting is suspended for the remainder of the period.
7.2 Cool-Off and Self-Exclusion
- Cool-Off Period: A temporary account suspension lasting from 24 hours to 90 days, available on request via the account dashboard or support team. During a cool-off, no deposits or bets can be placed. The cool-off cannot be lifted early.
- Self-Exclusion: A longer-term account restriction of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one hour of the request being received by the support team. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. During self-exclusion, no marketing communications will be sent to the excluded player.
7.3 Age Verification and Underage Gambling
robi9 has a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. The minimum age to register and play on robi9 is 18 years. Age is verified through the KYC process using Bangladesh National ID documents. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be closed immediately, all gameplay since registration will be voided, and all deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method. Players are encouraged to use device-level parental controls on shared devices to prevent minors from accessing gambling platforms.
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, robi9 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and game provider partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the robi9 platform or any service provided through it.
Without limiting the foregoing, robi9 specifically excludes liability for:
- Loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from use of the robi9 platform.
- Service interruptions, technical faults, connectivity failures, or platform downtime that prevent access to or affect the outcome of games or bets.
- Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where robi9 was not negligent in its security obligations.
- Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.
- Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information, data, or statistics provided on the robi9 platform for betting or gaming decisions.
robi9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your robi9 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.1 Intellectual Property
All content on the robi9 platform — including but not limited to the robi9 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the property of robi9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any robi9 content without express written permission.
